Dror Ozeri | CPA, Adv.
Dror Ozeri is a highly experienced finance and business consultant who has provided services to tech companies, startups, and entrepreneurs. Dror is an expert in M&A strategy, public offerings, financial reporting, and budget management, among other areas. He has also served as CFO at several publicly traded companies. He was a senior manager at the TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom) group of Deloitte where he advised and worked closely with the tech industry, including multinationals such as Microsoft and Alcatel, startups and VC’s.
He holds a BA (Cum Laude) in Accounting and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University. He is a CPA and an Attorney at Law.
Shelly Globerman Porat | CPA
Shelly is an experienced accountant, who has been providing financial consultancy and guidance to start-ups, retail, and commercial companies for over 20 years. She specializes in all aspects of tax consultancy, compliance with Israeli tax laws and financial management. She has helped over 250 customers from the very first steps of founding their company to becoming well established, profitable businesses. Shelly has vast experience dealing with the Israeli tax authorities and deep knowledge of the labour law.
She holds a BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from The Academic College and CPA in Israel. She also holds a B.Sc in Chemistry from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology
